Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear tops unless they arrive defective or damaged. All other items in our collection (dresses, t-shirts, tank tops, and workout apparel) are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange in your email. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
