- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Mizuno Shop purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear tops unless they arrive defective or damaged. All other items in our collection (dresses, t-shirts, tank tops, and workout apparel) are eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange in your email. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
