We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

4.2 Delivery Issues

You must inspect deliveries immediately. Report any shipping errors, damages, or shortages within 48 hours of receipt to [email protected]. We may require photographic evidence.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: Swimwear tops (except for defects) due to hygiene reasons.
